You're solo. What happens at scale?

Right now, every project is led by me, end to end. For larger builds I bring in named senior collaborators per project, never anonymous offshore labor. If a build genuinely needs a team of five for six months, that's a referral, not a rebadge.
Why isn't your pricing on the site?

Projects vary too much. A 2-week strategy audit and a 12-week build are different shapes with different risks. Pricing comes after a 30-minute discovery call so the number reflects what we actually agreed to deliver.
Why are all your case studies anonymized?

Most production AI work happens under NDA. The outcomes I publish are real, the numbers are real, and the technical details are accurate. Once a client agrees to be named publicly, that study moves to named.
Are you AI-native or just another consultant who learned LangGraph?

I built the systems behind the case studies on this site. The propensity model, the analyst agent, the anomaly pipeline. I write production code. If you want a deck-only consultant, I'm not the right call.
