I started Serrin after spending years building production AI systems inside a billion-dollar leisure business. The flagship project was a propensity-modeling stack that identified $15M+ in annual incremental revenue, scoring 12,000 bookings per week across seven ancillary product categories.
Most AI consulting splits down the middle. Strategy firms write decks. Dev shops ship features. Both halves hand off to each other and lose the thread. Serrin is the consultancy I wished my employer could have hired: senior-led, builds and ships, stays through to production, prices by outcome.
Day to day I work in BigQuery and Python, increasingly with LangGraph and the Claude API for agentic systems. I have a soft spot for problems where a small, sharp model and a clean pipeline beat a large vendor product.
